Ramadan is a month of celebration, a month of fasting, a month where communities break bread or in our case naan with one another.
CAIR-Texas offices in Austin and Dallas Fort-Worth are honored to host the first ever "TX Legislature Iftar Celebration". This virtual event is an opportunity for our elected officials to celebrate in the traditional “Iftar” breaking of the fast during the fasting month of Ramadan. This is an opportunity to hear directly from and build bridges with our elected officials, listen to inspiring stories, and break naan.
