Building Game Changers: We believe in order to best train and inspire the next generation of American Muslim leaders who will be true Game Changers requires building skills in Project Management and Strategic Planning. Alhamdulilah, CAIR-Texas Austin & DFW (CAIR-TX) is proud to launch the "Game Changers Camp: Essentials of Project Management & Strategic Planning."
These skills are essential to managing teams, projects, business, or nonprofit organizations. Within the Muslim community, these skills are desperately needed to successfully run the various Islamic Centers, Educational Institutions, and various nonprofits that all work to establish the deen of Allah. It's not enough to have Islamic knowledge, give a heart-moving speech, or have great ideas. Let's be frank the Muslim community is bursting at the seams in those categories. However, we are not close to achieving our potential as a community. Unless institutions have people trained in Project Management and Strategic planning skills and can successfully execute those strategies in the real world, our community will continue to underachieve.

WHAT: Game Changers Camp: Essentials of Project Management & Strategic Planning
DURATION: 4-Days for 2 -3 hours - a total of 8 - 12 hours | Last Day Students Will Give Their Presentation to the Class
Age Groups: High School and Early College
Trainer:Omran Zbeida - Project Management Specialist
Cost: $50 per student, financial assistance readily available
Upon successful completion, Game Changers will recieve certificate and volunteer hours for the program.
Islamic Institutions Request to Bring This Program to Your Community: We are excited for the opportunity to work with Islamic Institutions to bring this program to their community. Our CAIR-TX team will bring all our educational materials and speakers. All we request from the hosting organization is physical space, access to wifi, projector, screen, and seating with tables for the students. We will work with your community to find dates to hold this workshop. There is no cost on the Islamic Institution to host this program with CAIR-TX. The only costs are for students who signup for the program.
